Product Description

The OEM Custom Pinion Reduction Transmission Machine Drive Spur Injection Plastic Gear Cog-Wheel is widely used in various applications such as motors, electric cars, machinery, toys, agricultural machinery, and cars. It features a hardened tooth surface for durability and is an external gear that is manufactured using the cut gear method. The toothed portion shape is curved, and it is made of stainless steel material.

Samples of the gear are available for purchase at a price of US$10 per piece with a minimum order of 1 piece. Customization options are also available for customers to meet their specific requirements.

The gear is made through injection molding and CNC machining processes. It can be produced using various materials such as Nylon, PA66, ABS, PP, PC, PE, POM, PVC, PU, TPR, TPE, TPU, PA, PET, HDPE, PMMA, and more. The gear meets the quality standards of ISO9001 and ISO14001, with a dimension bore tolerance of +/- 0.01mm.

Surface treatments such as blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing can be applied to the gear. It has a gear hardness ranging from 30 to 60 H.R.C. The size and color of the gear can be customized according to customer drawings, and various surface finishes such as polished or matte surface, painting, texture, and vacuum aluminizing are available.

The gear undergoes a rigorous quality control process, including inspecting the raw material, checking details before production, in-process quality control, final quality control, and outgoing quality control. Every step of the production process is carefully monitored to ensure the highest quality standards.

The gear is packaged in an inner clear plastic bag, placed in cartons or wooden pallets, or any other special packaging as per customer requirements. Delivery time usually takes 2 to 8 weeks, and shipping can be arranged through various methods such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS, or based on customer preferences.

Production management:
1. The workers are trained to inspect the gears and notice any defects in production.
2. QC checks 1 piece every 100 pieces in CNC machining to ensure all dimension tolerances are met.
3. Gears are inspected at every step, and a final inspection is conducted before shipment. All inspection records are kept for three years.
